We would like to introduce the "In-Flight Cleaning Nozzle," a design part handled by Daito. This nozzle is used to clean the workpiece appearance and the interior of blind holes using coolant within a machining center. Each nozzle is designed to meet the customer's specifications regarding overall length, diameter, and spray direction, with the spray nozzle position adjustable to any desired location. The nozzle mounting part can also be customized to fit the customer's environment, and it is possible to set a wall thickness of t=0.5 on one side.
